Don't have experience in the oil industry but are willing to work safely? If you don't have certain felony convictions, and are willing to obstain from recreational drugs in order to pass drug test, you are more than likely eligible for our (PHASE 1 RECRUITMENT).

Which does not require experience.

Once you gain oil industry experience through (PHASE 1 RECRUITMENT) or previous work experience, you may be eligible for

(PHASE 2 RECRUITMENT). Phase 2 pays more than phase 1, and is more demanding. Ultimately with all our our clients we like to take them through phase 1-2.

Or if they already have oil industry experience start them off with phase 2 when possible.
